About Me.
7+ Years Experience
$2M+ Revenue Influenced
5 Teams Led
"I bridge creative vision with operational clarity — and I've been doing PM work under different titles for years."
My background spans retail merchandising, revenue ownership, cross-functional leadership, and systems design. The transition to Product Management isn't a pivot — it's a reframe.
ORIGINTHE ORIGIN STORY.
My career started where most product managers would never look: the retail floor. Not because I had to — but because I was fascinated by the system. Why do customers stop at certain fixtures? Why does margin erode in Q3? Why does a beautiful campaign fail to convert?
These weren't just business questions. They were product questions.
““I became obsessed with the machinery underneath the customer experience — the workflows, the data signals, the decision frameworks that either made a product soar or quietly underperform.””
I built systems to see it all more clearly. I learned to speak every stakeholder's language: the CFO's, the creative director's, the logistics manager's. And I delivered.
WHAT I DOWHAT I ACTUALLY DO
In practice: I identify where a system is breaking — whether that's a product launch workflow with too many handoff failures or an assortment strategy quietly eroding margin; I redesign it from first principles.
I define the problem. I align the stakeholders. I map the solution. I drive it to execution. I measure what happened. I iterate.
I've owned revenue. I've built dashboards that changed buying decisions. I've realigned creative and merchandising teams around a single customer truth. I've reduced time-to-market by 40% not by working harder, but by thinking more clearly about the system.
That's product management.

WHY & HOWWHY PM WHY NOW?
The shift is deliberate. The skills I've built — revenue literacy, cross-functional leadership, systems thinking, customer intuition — are the exact muscles that make a great product manager.
What I'm adding now is the explicit language and toolkit: Roadmapping, Agile frameworks, UX thinking, and the vocabulary to articulate what I've been doing all along.
I'm not starting over. I'm reframing 10+ years of implicit product experience into explicit product practice.
My Target? A Product Manager role where my domain expertise gives me an immediate edge on day one.
HOW I OPERATE
01
CURIOUS FIRST
I ask "why is this broken?" before I propose a fix. Diagnosis before prescription — always.
02
FRAMEWORK THINKER
I build reusable models, not one-off solutions. Good thinking should scale beyond the original problem.
03
BIAS FOR SHIPPING
Perfect is the enemy of launched. I move fast, measure clearly, and iterate relentlessly.
